How Scania AdBlue Reduction Works
Our Scania AdBlue consumption reduction service is achieved by optimising your engine ECU map to make combustion more efficient and reduce the amount of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (AdBlue) needed to treat emissions.
Through advanced ECU remapping, we recalibrate injection and NOx control strategies within your existing Scania EMS or EEC ECU. The result is lower AdBlue consumption, improved fuel economy, and reduced downtime for refilling. AdBlue consumption reduction does not require any physical modifications to your truck and the truck emissions will not increase due to this mod. Everything will work as normal and your truck will not fail an emissions test due to the remapping.
Scania AdBlue Delete for Export Vehicles
For vehicles being exported outside Europe, we also provide a complete Scania AdBlue Delete service. This is strictly for export markets where AdBlue systems are not required by law, ensuring vehicles comply with Euro 6 emission system configurations outside the EU region.
How do I order this service?
- Order the service on this page
- Please package your Engine ECU & AdBlue Module (EEC) and include your order number/contact details in the parcel.
- Post them to Pelican Diagnostics, Padley Farm, Drove Lane. Sleaford. NG34 8JQ.
- The required service will be done the same day and posted back on a next day service for delivery before 1pm.
- You can also bring them to us in Sleaford, for a while you wait service
- We also offer a mobile service within Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire & Nottinghamshire. Contact us for a quote if you want us to come to you.
